​We are living in a generation where many parents find comfort in the wealth their children bring home, regardless of how it was earned. Whether through fraud (Yahoo) or prostitution, the "hustle" is being celebrated while the source is ignored. It has become a "99% normal" tragedy.

​The Story of the Fallen Preacher’s House

​There was a preacher who spoke boldly against fraud every Sunday. But at home, the stomach was empty. His wife had no capital for business, and his children watched him struggle daily, sweating over his tricycle (Keke) with nothing to show for it.

​The pressure broke the son. He turned to fraud to "save" the family. He brought money home, and the parents—blinded by their own hunger and need—could not say no.

  • ​He opened a business for the mother.
  • ​He bought a car for the father.
  • ​He built a house for the family.

​The parents welcomed the wealth, but they lost the son.

​The Hidden Cost of the "Yahoo" Blessing

​While the house was being built, the boy was being destroyed. To maintain that lifestyle and deal with the spiritual weight of his actions:

  1. ​Identity Shift: He stopped being the person God designed him to be.
  2. ​Spiritual Decay: He lost his sanity and drifted far from God.
  3. ​Moral Rot: He surrounded himself with bad company, drugs, and alcohol.
  4. ​Mental Breakdown: The "blessing" eventually turned into a mental illness.

​The Question Every Parent Must Answer:

​"What shall it profit a parent to gain a new house and a flashy car, but lose their child to madness and hell?"


​How Parents Encourage the Destruction:

​You are an accomplice to your child’s ruin when:

  • ​You collect money without asking, "Where did this come from?"
  • ​You watch them buy expensive clothes and gadgets under your roof while they have no visible job, and you remain silent.
  • ​You allow them to sleep outside whenever they like, trading your authority for their pocket money.

​Parents, listen: If you don't question the source today, you will cry over the consequences tomorrow. Do not let the "hunger of today" make you feast on your child’s future.

GIVE THANKS Just give thanks, Not only because of what He has done, But because of what He is doing. Most importantly, give thanks for the delayed promises. Wasn't it commanded? "In all things, give thanks." (1 Thessalonians 5:18) As long as you are in right standing with God, All things are working together for your good. STRENGTH IN THE SPIRIT  "It's an error to be growing in size and not waxing strong in spirit. In stature, in business, in your career, etc., you may be waxing strong, but are you spiritually myopic? It's like gathering wealth for the devil to come and scatter. King Pharaoh told Moses, "I will let you and all yours go, but look to it, you will not go far." He meant every word at that point in time. After spoken, those words were moved to be accomplished. But God was with His people, and God delivered His children from the forces of darkness.
